USWN CHAT RULES
- No profanity of ANY KIND. This includes ANY and ALL words that could be considered inappropriate.
- No sexual content! This is a weather chat, and that has NO place here.
- No racial or religious discussion! This type of discussion has the potential to be provocative and disgusting.
- No disrespect to any admins, mods, or users! Disagreements should be polite and should not include shouting (caps) or anything else forbidden in the chat rules. If you have a disagreement with a USWN forecast or policy, please email one of us. Our emails are on the “Contact” page.
- If you are banned, YOU ARE BANNED. Any attempts to circumvent a ban will result in an IP BAN from the entire site.
As long as you adhere to these rules, USWN chat will be kept a great place to be. Have fun! :)
1st offense - Warning
2nd offense - 24-48 hour ban, depending on severity of offense
3rd offense - 72 hour-1 week ban, depending on severity of offense
4th offense - A meeting will be held at which we will decide on whether to enforce a one month or permanent ban.
